SPORTS

salam and hai everybody.....

i would like to share with you about the sports,the shortest article. As you know that sports are good for health. i also like to play sports. There are many types of sports such as,archery,badminton,basketball,netball, and others. One of the sports that i involve since form 1 is archery. Archery is a confident game. When we are going to shoot, we are already focus and aim the target. This game are very fun if we are really enjoy it.

There are many advantages if we are involve in this game, firstly for our health. It could make our body more health,energetic and avoid from diseases. Secondly, our free time are focuses to the sports that we are involve. It means we are keep on training and exercising for everyday or at least 5 day per week. Thirdly,our personality look more smart, confident,strong and others. Last but not least as an athlete,we can get experience and allowance from our sports club so am I. I have many experience from it,which many tournament that i had performed. This game must always keep on training everday if we want to get the best performance.

As a conclusion, sports can be very fun, enjoyable and keep us health in life. Besides this game, we can do exercises such as jog, sit up,push up and others if we have no time to practise as above. So, at least, exercise 3 or 4 days per week in 20 minutes.
